    I lift at 6:00 am because that is the only time I can fit it in.

    Don't over think it. The best time to lift is when you make the time. You don't want to be rushed all the time. Morning, Mid Day or Evenings.. Doesn't matter. Being consent does.

    Hehe, lift weight, I think you should eat more at night, be aware it is not good health, but eating the night can help you gain weight
