So I am on month 3and of a year long recomposition effort. I haven't done anything as far as thermogenic supplements and don't intend to as I am incredibly sensitive to stimulants for some reason. My starting weight was around 225 and I am down to 205. The first few pounds dropped quick and I was down 20 lbs in a matter of 3 weeks. I use 531 as my workout template and add in a good amount of steady state cardio as well. I am eating around 3000 per day and have been gaining strength on a good pace throughout the process. Low carbs and fat with the protein around 300 grams per day from all sources. My bodyfat is down to 17%. The question is should I eat less total calories or add more cardio or a change anything if it is working. I would like to speed the process up a bit but I don't want to use any thermos. I was kicking around the notion of using a couple cycles of AMS DecaVol throughout the year but I am on the fence about it. Holla back.
