This isn't particularly relevant, but I take vitamin C at night after using Adderall during the day and it seems to help me sleep. (This effect may be placebo, however).

Possibly due to the acidity of the vit c causing your body to excrete the adderall out of your system more quickly. Hence why you're supposed to be in an alkaline state when taking your adderall dose for maximum effectiveness. Completely guessing here btw..

It can not be a placebo i have dosed quite a lot more than the 7g being mentioned and if anything the energy is quite smooth and raised, it is essential adrenal fuel. It stopped a nasty cold that hit 3 of my colleagues at work and because of the small area i work in and always in contact with these guys AND being hit with every bug possible since working there the past year (probably 5-6 colds) im sure double dosing the lipo prevented the cold from taking off.

Just taking vit c and its something like 16% bio-available taking it with lipo is suppose to be 70%ish bio-available throwing in some bioflavanoids and bicarb is just going to make it even more potent.
Vitamin C food feed grade ( CAS no.50-81-7, HS code293627) is a a family of vitamin including ascorbic acid and its salts (Sodium Ascorbate), available as White or almost white crystal or crystalline powder.

I notice no difference at all at any point of the day from taking vitamin c. I wonder if there's any point in taking this vimax stuff and taking vitamins at all.
