Leg day. DAMN! Could barley walk afterward. Sweated my ass off. AWESOME workout. Munching on some chicken breast before bed. Wanted to fill you guys in. Even if I have nothing exciting to report I will still post every day. After tomorrow, I'm going to bring the dose up to 30mg. Going to finish out the week with 20mg just in case I see an effect but I'm getting a little impatient as I have not felt ANYTHING different in the slightest. Ya I know...be patient. Well, being there are not negative sides (not even positive for that matter) I will up the dose to 30mg and go from there. Not going past 30mg. If 30mg doesn't do shit then clearly it just needs time to kick in. Either the case.......a-ree-va-dear-chee or however the fuck you spell it.
You should feel something very soon. I'm on day three of ultra drol and I can feel my glycogen stores getting better lol.

Day 7: Rest day.....as usual when you crush legs. Tired as hell so I'm going to crash out. Well....not right away. My gals over today so I'll be getting me a weeny washer and then its off to la la land to build ALL KINDS of muscle.
Week 2 starts tomorrow....From all the logs I've read SD kicks in during or just after week 2. w00t! w00t! Also gonna keep it at 20mg. Why increase it if I'm not experincing any bad sides. Lets see what this 2nd week will bring.
DAY 8: The start of week 2
I GOT SOMETHING TO REPORT........Got done with my workout. Worked out my back, shoulders and biceps today. Good workout. Didn't swet as much.....made me feel like I didn't lift intense, but the gym I went too was an apartment gym and was super tiny and super cold in there, so I suppose that explains it. Had an awesome pump and hit the pool afterward. Anyway....here is my week 1 report that will explain my "I got something to report" sentance.
WEEK 1 PROGRESS REPORT:
I gained .6 pounds and lost .4% in body fat. So this tells me I gained a little muscle and lost a little fat. Nothing too significant. Not visualy anyways. I can slightly see my shoulders and arms getting more toned but you have to REALLY look hard to notice. Nothing to dramatic....not yet. HOPING to see it soon and am pretty anxiouse as the next thing I'm about to tell you is pretty much a negative.
For those of you who read my day7 post, you know that last night for me was 'weeny washer night' lol Well my chick said the tip of my johnson was COLD. I noticed it was too. Either the case I couldn't get 'rock hard' .....just flimsy hard. Not a biggie because she knows its to be expected. If you've followed my log since the beginning you will know she even helped contribute financialy to my cycle. THANKS BABE! So am I happy that I can't get rock hard? No....but I'm not upset either. Like I said, it's to be expected. Come to think of it now, since day one when I started I stopped thinking of sex. Didn't frequent the porn sites as usual. Sorry for 'too much info.' heh
Well although the only thing kicking in that is more noticeable is negative, it does give me a glimer of hope that if it has built up enough to produce that negative effect, perhaps the positive is soon long the way. I'm expecting my log to slowly grow more and more interesting. SO STAY TUNED!
I guess its all preference. I've been quite the heavy drinker back in the day and have slowed down a lot in the past couple years. So that along with me seeing a guy on AM get jaundice have made me very solid on using ALL supports for both pct and during cycle. I'm making sure I take it at LEAST 4 hours after my SD dose. Will it still effect gains? MAYBE. But this stuff is already risky to begin with, I'm not going to increase the risk for an increase in gains. Least not with this particular compound.
Glad you guys are posting and talking about informative things. Makes the log more of a learning experience and less dull. Don't want to keep posting and feel like I'm talking to myself here. haha
Hehe, yea I remember that. That is odd and rare, but not impossible. To minimize sides you should do whatever you feel you need to. Four hours should be good. I mean, some say it can affect the gains a lot but who are we kidding... I've seen guys get huge off beast drol and take all their supports with the PH.
Day 10: Well yesterday I did my homeboys workout just to humor him. Actually was pretty effective as I'm swore today in the muscle groups we worked. Did several hundred different push-ups, some sets of bench press, bicep curls, tricep kick backs, and dips.
Today was my rest day but made it a point to start getting some light cardio. Bicycled for 5 1/2 miles till my bike pedal broke like it was made in mexico, then swam for a few hours. Tomrrow is a complete rest day as my whole body still feels sore ...which is good. I'll definitly be able to asertain how well the stuff starts kicking in when it comes to recovery. That is WHEN it start's kicking in. Libido came back rather quickly. I'm able to get rock hard again so w00t w00t! heh....had a lil weird momment there but even if it did hit later in the cycle its whatever. Go's with the game.
Speaking of the cycle, I only plan on doing SD for a total of 3 weeks till I switch into katanadrol and whip some fat off ......while maintaining muscle. Nay I say....perhaps even getting slightly more in the process? Well at least more vascular. We'll see.
It's day 10 so I'm going to go ahead and bump this bitch up to 30mg for the remainder of my 3wk SD run. I'm absoultely firm on this. I need some damn mass before I start hitting a crazy calorie deficit like 1,300 calories a day. Why take the risk to end up getting something minimul I could of got off a less harsher compound. Also, going to buy some "Lean Extrme" now that I got some cash to spend. Saving it for PCT. Still have to research more to find a valid source of research rat torem. I got plenty of time and if it gets to If'y, or if I can't afford to have it lab tested for verification, I will go ahead and stick with the nolva/tamox I have on hand.
Also to note, I have not usted any taurine what so ever and have had no problem with back pumps. Got a GNC down the block if need be but for now, I'd rather devote the money to other things. Going to need a second bottle of katanadrol as well for how I'm running it after SD.

DAY 11: **UPDATE** **UPDATE** **UPDATE**
Well I got some not so good news again. Ta hell right? Seems like all I'm getting is nothing but bad news to report. TISK TISK. Many of you know my anxiousness of results as you've seen my swing of emotions from wanting to up the dose, then changing my mind and keeping it at 20, then back to wanting to up it. WELL....I noticed my eyes are getting 'slightly' yellow. That means I'm going to have to cut this supderdrol run to a DEAD HAULT. I want to use katanadrol to get extremely shreaded, and even though it is not liver toxic, it does have an effect on your lipid levels. I plan on dosing it pretty high. With that in mind and the fact my SERM will stress the liver, I really want to avoid jaundice. I was really looking forward to getting huge, but my health is more important. I will make sure I positively drink at LEAST 2 gallons of water a day, continue taking my liver suport and other support supplements, and start katanadrol tomorrow. For those that are curiouse, I took only 1 cap (10mg) of SD today but that will be my offical last cap of SD. Sucks balls. Guess my liver isn't MACHO MAN.
10 DAY SUPERDROL 20MG ED PROGRESS REPORT
I can definitly say I do seem slimmer most defintly. Not significantly but even my gal noticed and she doesn't see me 'every day.' In this regard it did have some positive effect, but the effect it has can easily be obtainable with a less harsher much safer compound....or natural for that matter. I did have one day where I had one ice cream and a glass of choclate milk but still seem slimmer. My libido crashed the first week but came back in the second week. Balls still kept at the same size, no mood swings, no bloat, no back pumps, even without using taurine, no acne and so forth. Nothing negative other then the fact of acute sighns of jaundice to come. If your a party-er like myself back in the day, even if you cleaned up your act for a couple of years like myself..... I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND SUPERDROL.
Other things to note for those that just skipped to this post, I took my supports at LEAST 4 hours after my SD, I stuck to 2,000 - 2,250 calories a day, drank nothing but water and ate clean with the exception of the one day explained above. Also had a greasy burger I forgot to mention. Made sure I had less to eat on that day as the trans fat etc. is not good. Day 3 I started to take 2 cranberry 450mg extract that I bought from walgreens.
Well, I already took one 10mg dose of SD early this morning so I will not take anything else today. Just drink plenty of water and enjoy a couple of dirty meals so to speak before I switch to Katandrol tomrrow and go at a crazy calorie deficit. Either 1,300 or 1,500. I will continue to take my support supps, even my liver support, even if katanadrol is not really too much stressful on the liver. Want to keep the jaundice at bay. Urine is still clear, poo is still brown, skin is not yellow.....so I seem to be catching it just in time. It's still up in the air, but due to the jaundice pre-cursor scare, I will start week 1 of Katanadrol at 350mg before bumping it up to 500mg.

O -ya...also I'll try and get some before and day 10 progress pics up but don't know how today will go. If I endulge I may bloat and it won't be a good assessment of the day 10 progress. Maybe after the next days duce dropping lol
EDIT: Forgot to mention another important thing. I'm going to get blood work done now to see whatsup. If it comes back not so great I'll know I'll have to stop the katanadrol immediately as well .....but hopefully not. I'll post the results when I get the results back. HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE!
Wow! That sux!! I have taken sdrol form5-6 weeks with no jaundice symptoms. Liver values weren't off the charts after my pct either...
Hope it all goes well. The katana is not liver stressful so I think you should be okay on it even with not so good liver stats but do what you have to do to keep healthy.

Ya...o well. What I learned is that even though it is necessary to use supports while on methylated compounds, it doesn't mean its still safe. It all has to do with your 'current liver health.' Least for the most part. I'm just glad I caught it early and hope to see it fade away while bridging to katanadrol. It does have me seriously thinking just how much I had to have messed my liver up from my past years of heavy partying. I even drank that rock gut shit 'steel reserve.' Anyway....going to have bloods taken within the next couple days to get a status on that.
And of course I'll continue to update my lasting progress on my cycle. Even though the SD got cut short, I'm excited to see what katanadrol will do. Starting tomorrow at 350mg spread out.

Using a sticky at AM to get a cheaper hormone panel. However, I won't use this till PCT. Just checking how bad SD messed with my liver. In that case it mentions in the sticky, "lipid profile" for 47.99 but thare are two I see for the same price, as well as several other tests for your liver.
....if anyone can help me confirm what specific test will help test how bad it messed up my liver, please chime in. I'm on privatemdlabs website to pay for the bloodwork and have it done at my local lab corp. The two that I see the sticky may be refering too are
Lipid Panel and Lipid panel With LDL:HDL Ratio
Then they also have two other tests that look like they may be it. They are
Liver Function Profile and Liver-Kidney Microsomal (LKM) Antibodies

I also will only be posting weekly rather then daily UNLESS something interesting happens that is note worthy. I'm making this log to help people as it is hard to get help. COUGH COUGH haha
Well here's the game plan going into katanadrol......
DAY 2 KATANADROL @ 500MG
I will take 500mg katanadrol each day spread out through out the day. Each dose will include fish oil as bro-science says fat will help this particular compound absorb better.
My dosing schedule will look similar to
7:00 2 cap
10:00 2 cap
1:00 2 cap
4:00 2 cap
7:00 1 cap
11:00 1 cap
I will also be taking my support supplements. Cycle assist at rec. dose till I'm out. I will also continue my live.52 at 3 a day till they are out and may even throw an extra one in here and there. These will be taken with food as I've been doing since I started my assist products.
After week 1 of katanadrol I will start taking my Animal Pak once a day till I'm out.
My calorie goal each day will be set for 1,500 and this includes the fish oil tabs I take with my katanadrol doses. May bump the calories down to 1,300 after I see what 1,500 yields for me. 1,500 should be good though.
I will also not be consuming any carbs other then in green leafy vegetables and the occasional milk I may use for my chocolate protein powder. Depending on how things go I may incorporate some carbs if lethargy begins to be an issue.
Still sticking to a 4 day split, only after every workout I will do 20 minutes of light cardio (brisk walking). On off days I will do an hour of cardio. I usually like giving myself at least ONE day out of the week where it is a complete rest day so I'll do so. On this OFF day I will try and be as active as possible.
Yesterday was Shoulders. It's been more then 48 hours since my chest/tricep day and my triceps are still real swore dammit. Anyway......I've had this pain in my chest. Not a gyno scare. No where near my nipple. It actually feels like its my bone on my inner chest but more so on my left pec then the right.
Below is a pic and I painted in red the exact location of the pain. My upper chest hurts too as I do incline bench press on chest day, but it hurts no where near as much as this pain I'm talking about. I think I slept wrong last night because I woke up with it hurting more.
Also my lower abdominal hurts. I noticed it more after my bike ride on rest day so I think it's from that. Haven't been in the gym in a while so I think now that I'm back in it, my body is still getting used to the stress. Between the chest pain and the lower abdominal pain, I won't be doing ANY sit-ups.....THAT'S FOR SURE. Not that I was anyway.....
