    There is nothing wrong with animal fat if the animals has been well-reared on its natural diet. The saturated fat myth has been debunked, the science is showing that saturated fat is actually good for you. There is no reason to eat meat 'without fats'.

    Well if you want to loose weight so there are some good weight loss tips, Avoid all the oily and
    fast food,Do regular exercise at least 35 minutes, Eat only green fresh vegetables and fresh fruits,
    Drink 2 to 3 liter water every day.
