    Default Forever Bulk with LG sciences Bulk Andro kit

    ok everybody got this in the mail saturday and started it sunday.Taking all as directed on package and following the workout routine...My diet is pretty much the way its laid out in the kit

    Im 40 years old been lifting for 11 years and have went from 130 to 210 the first few years i followed all the wrong advice and did crap half assed then i turned to Powerlifting and have been doing Wendlers 5/3/1 for the last 2 years im good with my strength but I want mass now and want to see what this kit can help me achieve

    Like I said doses are laid out as directed
    Morning dose at 4am M1D andro 1-Andro Stenolone And M1D Cap
    Second dose 12pm Andros liquid and cap
    night dose 8pm same as second

    So are ditching the 5/3/1 for this cycle?

    Also what do you have layed out for PCT?

    im taking a month off of 5/3/1 for this cycle and for PCT im taking the Form-xt

    Ive been doing 5/3/1 with great results for the last 2 1/2 years I had arm work just not an enitre day of it...and yes i was stretching the sleeves

    Chad if your liking your workouts with the Volume but still want to focus on Strength and the Big 3 lifts... Check out The Cube Method. You can drop set, Super Set, and even have a Bodybuilding day. There are High Volume Days and even the Max days have plenty of Volume.

    I went a while without training arms. I was focusing on compound and olympic lifts. It was a nice break and didn't skip a beat. Any weight gain?

    And my aggression,sex drive and confidence are through the roof..and I look bigger at 213 then i did when i was at my all time heaviest at 220 cant wait to see if i can get close to that weight again but more muscle...and Im having dreams again..really vivid dreams...some are awesome some are fucked up...but its all good i knew what to expect...some of the bad ones stay with you for awhile
