Default Best Food For Kick Starting Metabolism?

What is the best food for getting your metabolism the good old kick in the bottom? I have heard that nuts does this, but I am not sure what works or does not work. Any advice can be a good help!

I mean i don't know if there really is any types of food that does that, but having good healthy fats in your diet such has omega 3 and 6 is very beneficial. Eating good and staying away from simple carb food and foods high in transfats such as fast food will help you lose weight.. eating fat doesnt make you fat. Eating a high carb diet will make you fat. Controlling your insulin is the key.. I lost 60 pounds by lowing my carb intake to 100-150g a day. Unless your running 10 miles a day or doing cross fit or something that needs a lot of energy then having a high carb diet would benefit you.

If your an average joe and hitting the gym an hour a day I would keep your carb intake in the 100-150g range
