    hey guys

I think I messed up my metabolism, I just can't lose weight when I lost weight last year with the same caloric intake. I have messed with t3 and other things I shouldn't have messed with but yeah I like to try stuff knowing it's not good for me.

I will order from 1fast400 within a week or so, which gives me more choise then here in Belgium and it's a lot cheaper to.

    I'm thinking of Scorch, tyramine/tyrosine (what's the difference?), acityl-carnitine

What else do you guys suggest?

I have like a 100 dollars to spend a month on supps.

I'm only going to eat whole protein food, because shakes really don't fill me up.

    My bodyweight is 151.36lb

    I'm 1m80 or about 6'

    bf% around 13%

I'm doing to much cardio I guess but hey I like the feeling, I will train with weights 3 times a week.

and instead of following muay thai, I will follow taekwondo.

I tried the leptigens but they didn't worked. I was dissapointed in sesathin also.

HEAT did give me a good feeling but not so much for fatburning.

    I liked lipoderm-ultra, ab-solved didn't worked for me.

I suggest you forget about losing weight and start eating. 150 at 6' is no time to be cutting.

Given that you are cutting at 6' 150lb, I would tend to believe you that you have messed up your metabolism.

You need to quit dieting and just lift really hard for at least 1 month and preferably several.

I do lift weights and hard, but motivation is lacking because of the fatgain, I started smoking again and it feels good and it does help with appetite

I'm guessing you probably have low test levels or completely screwed up your HPTA axis too.

Having been skinny fat at 6'1 (165lbs at the low end), I can tell you that at your weight there's no way you're carrying an appreciable amount of fat (unless you have bird bones )

You might be flabby/soft, but I doubt fat. Your best bet is to follow Pars advice. Eat well and lift hard for month then re-assess.

I've never been a smoker myself, so i really couldn't personally say, but could you not drop the cigarettes for nicotine gum? I realise it's pricier that way, but i'm pretty sure your lungs will thank you for it one day.

I could never get away with this mentality but something that might work for you is to consider this: You are at 158 and want a certain bodyfat %. You could get that by either losing fat or gaining muscle. Granted, gaining muscle will lead to a bit more fat storage, but overall it should still work out. Like I said, I could never get away with that, but you probably could.

Remember I have a really small bone structure, but my metabolism sucks. I do have some muscle and it shows when I take off my t-shirt.

Last year I weighted like 10lb less and I looked as big as I do now, just because of the lower body fat plus I was vascular like hell. I really liked that.

I just want to look good and if I look good but not that big, it's no problem for me.

What I would like to know is what supps do you advice? budget is around $100 month.
