Not only should it amplify Phenibut, but it may also prevent tolerance. It will either make you feel like partying, or sleeping, hence the testing.

Phenibut + theanine + magnesium would make a good stack, particularly if you can afford to high dose the theanine. Theanine seems ot potentiate the inhibitory effects of gaba and magnesium has anticonvulsant effects via nmda antagonism; the two taken in tandem should allow you to get by with a much smaller dose of phenibut. I woudl be wary of any claim that a given supplement could prevent tolerance/addiction though. Gabaergics are like dopaminergics; they are jsut addictive by nature. IMO the onyl way to keep such variables in check is to tightly regulate your intake and the duration of use. 5-HTP might also help if oyu are taking tje phenibut for insomnia.

by rule i do klon or some other benzo no more than once a week and no more than 3x per month. i don't know if that makes a shit difference but that's my rule. i take them strictly recreationally.. yeah yeah shame on me.

The Olympia really ate into my testing time. Basically, the ingredient works just like we want it to - and the result is a sleepy/relaxation.

We are now working on formulating a combination, using the same base formula, that can be used prior to going out that will help you have a good time - relaxed but awake.

We have been approached by a company that wants to release the formula under their brand - so product release schedule is up to them.

I'm using phenibut myself and have found fasoracetam to be beneficial in stabilizing the effects and tolerance build up from the weekly usage.
I've stated this in another thread, but this has to be put out there.
This has been a known issue for many phenibut users and finally there is a solution to the tolerance build up.
Let me know if you need any guidance as I will be more than happy to be of an assistance.

"Fasoracetam has also been cited to aid in reducing the tolerance an individual has built up from continued
    Phenibut use."

Here is the other thread where I have mentioned the usage of fasoracetam dosages with phenibut.
Everyone honestly uses it differently, but I keep it minimal.

There's a lot of discussion about NMDA antagonists (memantine, magnesium) reversing tolerance. Does this work for Phenibut?
